Tai-Ji (Tai Chi) is a great form of exercise, especially for those with osteoarthritis. It can help you build leg muscles, strengthen posture, and improve balance, flexibility, and mobility. Take advantage of this free class and learn such basic skills as breathing techniques, visualization and body posture. No registration is necessary. HEALTHLINK PLUS FREE MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED. Water Aerobics Class / 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. / The Fitness Center at Siskin Hospital
Join us for a free exercise class conducted in a swimming pool to help support the joints and encourage free movement. Aquatic exercise also allows you to work out without the jarring and jolting that can be experienced during land exercising. No registration is necessary. Class is available on a first come/first serve basis.
