Award-winning author visits Chattanooga
The Chattanooga-Hamilton County Bicentennial Library is pleased to announce that Debra Wiles will have a special presentation at The Public Library – Downtown on Monday, March 28, 2011 at 6:30 p.m.
Ms. Wiles is the author of children’s and young adult books. In 2002, she won the prestigious Ezra Jack Keats New Writer Award. Her book, Each Little Bird That Sings, was a National Book Award Finalist. Debra Wiles’ latest book, Countdown, was recently named an American Library Association 2011 Notable Children’s Book for Older Readers.
The presentation is open to children of all ages and adults. After the program, Ms. Wiles will greet fans and sign copies of her books. For more information, call 757-5314 for details.
